Sony is pushing a minor update for Xperia Tablet S owners to improve the WiFi connection performance on the tablet.
The software update, release 5, is based on Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich and is being pushed as an over the air update starting today. It seems to be a small update with more or less improvement in WiFi performance only.
So if you’ve got yourself a Sony Xperia Tablet S, head over to Settings > About tablet > Software updates to download and install the update.
