Xiaomi has revealed that it is all set to release the second color variant of the Mi 4i smartphone in India. So far, the firm has been releasing only the White color variant of the smartphone in the country.
As per Xiaomi, the Dark Grey color variant of the Mi 4i will start selling exclusively via the firm’s webstore Mi.com via a flash sale that will be held on June 16. The registrations for this sale are open at the firm’s website and the same can be done till June 15.
Besides the difference of the color, both the White and Dark Grey variants of the Xiaomi Mi 4i are identical in terms of specifications. The device boasts of a 5 inch Full HD 1080p display and employs an octa core Snapdragon 615 processor backed by 2 GB of RAM.
The Mi 4i includes 16 GB of storage capacity and supports 4G LTE connectivity. The imaging hardware of the Xiaomi smartphone comprises of a 13 MP main snapper at the back of the device and a 5 MP front facer for video conferencing and clicking selfies.
For now, Xiaomi has not revealed the plans of selling the other color options of the Mi 4i including Yellow, Pink and Light Blue in India. The White variant of the Mi 4i will be sold via the e-commerce portal Flipkart via the weekly flash sales.
