The first stable MIUI 10 update for Xiaomi Mi MIX 2S arrived as version 10.0.2 and this was back in September 2018. At the time, the software was based on Android 8.0 Oreo, but about a month later, Xiaomi started pushing out a second stable MIUI 10 version 10.0.3 that came with Android 9 Pie as the base OS.
Today, we have a new MIUI 10 update version 10.0.4 rolling out to Mi MIX 2S users and of course, it’s based on the newest Android 9 Pie. As per the changelog, the update fixes issues with Quick replies, auto brightness and notification shade layout, improves low-light photography and general system stability.

The MIUI 10.0.4 update is airborne and is aimed at current users of MIUI 10.0.3 on the Mi MIX 2S, so be patient for it will take a few days to arrive on your phone. As for those using the MIUI 10 8.10.18 beta, look out for an update to version 8.11.1 that started rolling out a few days ago.
