Verizon LG V20 receives update with July security patch, build VS99515A

LG V20 units on Verizon network are receiving a new software update. This update installs July security patch and is being rolled out over the air.

The update arrives as build number VS99515A and installs the most up to date Android security patches on Verizon LG V20. It also tags along system improvements and regular bug fixes. As the update optimizes the security of your device, it is a highly recommended one.

As is the case with OTA updates, it may take a while to appear on your LG device. If you are too impatient, you can manually check for it by heading to Settings > About device > System updates.
