The Samsung Ace 3 may have been 2 years old now, but the device is getting official support for TWRP recovery now. Although, we’ve had it unofficially for a long time, but now with the official support you can be hopeful of always getting the latest version of the custom recovery available for Galaxy Ace 3 as well.

The first official release of the Galaxy Ace 3 TWRP recovery stands at version 2.8.7.0. This version was released only a month ago by TeamWin and it brings a number of enhancements and bug fixes to TWRP, read all about version 2.8.7.0 over here.

Galaxy Ace 3 TWRP 2.8.7.0 is available for download as both .img (ADB flashable) and .tar (Odin flashable). If your Ace 3 is already rooted, you could just download the .img file from the link below and flash it using an app like Flashify. OR you could use the Odin software on your PC to flash the .tar file, this doesn’t require you to be rooted.
