New software updates are available for the Sprint variants of the LG G6, G5, and the V20. If you own any of these devices, then you may have received the new update. All three devices are getting the update over-the-air.

The software version for the LG V20 is LS997ZVB, for the LG G6, it’s LS993ZV9, and for the LG G5, it is LS992ZVD. The updates install the November Android security patch on the devices. Apart from that, a few other bug fixes have also been included.

All of the three phones are also getting the patch for the KRACK Wi-Fi vulnerability. The LG G6 also gets RSSI improvements. The LG G5 and the G6 actually got these updates late last month, but the users are only seeing it now.

When installing the updates, make sure your device has more than 50 percent charge, and is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. LG will most likely release the Android Oreo update for the G6, G5 and V20, in Q1 2018. The company has already released the Oreo beta update for the LG V30 and V30+.
