Sharp FS8016 and FS8010 releasing on July 17 with 5.5″ full screen display and dual rear cameras

As they say, there is no smoke without fire, the rumored full-screen phone from Sharp is now a reality.

There are two upcoming full-screen phones from Sharp and we finally have a date for their official release. The two smartphones bearing model number FS8016 and FS8010 will release on July 17 and will give a tough competition to bezel-less Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 smartphone.

While FS8016 recently paid a visit to AnTuTu, FS8010 appeared on GFXBench. And yup, the specifications are in tune with the listings. Both the smartphone will feature a full-screen display of 5.5 inches with a resolution of 2048 × 1080 pixels. They will have a screen to display ratio of at least 91.3%.

The two smartphones differ in the processor only. Where FS8016 features Snapdragon 660 processor, FS8010 features Snapdragon 330. They will come in two variants of 4GB and 6GB RAM coupled with 64GB internal memory,

In the camera area, they will feature dual rear camera of 12MP. On the front side, there will be 8MP selfie snapper. About the software, the smartphones will run on Android 7.1.1.
