Motorola Moto Turbo price set at INR 41,999 in India, goes on pre-order

Motorola has finally launched its high-end device – the Moto Turbo in India through the online retailer Flipkart. Flipkart teased the launch of The Moto Turbo in India back in February via Twitter and Facebook with a tagline that read “Get your life turbocharged”.

The Moto Turbo was originally launched as Motorola Droid Turbo in the United States back in October 2014. Later it was released as Moto Maxx around the world. And now, it seems that Motorola will be introducing the device under the name: Moto Turbo.

Indian customers can now pre-order the Moto Turbo smartphone via FlipKart for INR 41,999. So you can get your hands on the new smartphone in the third-week of March. The new Turbo will be available in Black color in India, which features Ballistic Nylon on the back of the device.

The new Turbo smartphone will come with a 5.2-inch AMOLED display with QHD 2560 x 1440 p resolution. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and a massive 3900 mAh battery, plus, 64GB of internal storage.

On the camera front, the Moto Turbo will be equipped with a 21MP f2.0 rear camera with dual LED flash and 2MP front camera. The phone is based on Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Motorola also offers the Moto E, Moto G (2013), Moto G (2014), Moto X (2013), and Moto X (2014) in India and is planning to introduce the Mot E (2nd Gen) sometime this week.
