How to check Apple Gift Card Balance
Checking your gift card balance is a fairly simple process no matter the device you are using as long as you have access to your Apple ID credentials. Let’s take a look at how you can check your gift card balance.
On iOS
Open the App Store on your iOS device.
Now tap on your profile picture in the top right corner.
Apple will now ask you to sign-in with your Apple ID credentials. Enter the necessary details and login to your account.
Once logged in, the balance should be visible under your Apple ID.
On Mac
Open the App Store on your Mac using either the Spotlight or the Dashboard. In case you are asked for your credentials, sign in to your account with your Apple ID credentials.
Once signed in, look for your Apple ID profile picture in the bottom right corner of your screen. Your Apple gift card balance should be displayed under your Apple ID.

Procedure
Start by finding the relevant link for you based on your current location from the list above and visit the link in your browser.
Now sign in to your Apple ID using your credentials.
Once signed in, Apple will ask for your Gift Card Pin. Enter the Pin in the text box displayed on your screen.
Note: The Gift Card pin is not the same as the redeem code or the card number. If it is a physical Gift Card, it should be hidden behind a scracthable coating on the back. If it is a digital purchase, then the Pin should be available in the email near the ‘Redeem Now’ section.
