Leaked Galaxy Tab S4 images reveal white (silver) finish, keyboard cover and S Pen

We’ve known for a while now that Samsung is working on a successor to the flagship Galaxy Tab S3 from last year, but it’s the first time that real-life images of the Galaxy Tab S4 have surfaced online and thanks to no other than Evan Blass.

According to the renowned leaker, the Galaxy Tab S4 will come with a white (or silver) finish, but this will only be featured on the back panel, the sides, and on the S Pen to accompany the slate. From the leaked image, it also looks as if Samsung will be ditching the physical fingerprint scanner and buttons for that matter and possibly turn to iris recognition as the only major biometric authentication option. The leaked Galaxy Tab S4 is encased in an optional keyboard cover that Blass says will don a black finish.

As for the specs, rumors point to a 10.5-inch display screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable storage, and Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box, among other stuff.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 9 at an event on August 9. If anything,  it’s likely to be the same event the Galaxy Tab S4 and probably the Galaxy Watch will also make their debut.
