HTC is sure in a mood to capture the Chinese market with a lot of exclusive phones for the region. A new HTC device – the One ST – has been announced by HTC on their China website, headed as usual specially to China.
The One ST will be a mid-range Android 4.0 smartphone powered by a dual-core 1GHz processor, along with dual-SIM dual standby functionality. Other specs include a 4.3″ WVGA SuperLCD2 display, 1GB of RAM, 4G internal storage with microSD slot, 5 megapixel camera (BSI sensor, LED flash, HTC’s Image Sense chip), Wi-Fi, HSPA (only on the primary SIM), Bluetooth, Beats Audio, and a 1800 mAh battery to power everything.
Something to note is the unique red color tone on the phone as well as the styling, which look pretty good to be honest. The device will also be available in white and black colors. HTC didn’t announce any release date or pricing info, but we guess we’ll know more as we near HTC’s September 19th event.
