Samsung’s upcoming flagship, the Galaxy Note 8, which is expected to be launched prior to the commencement of IFA 2017 has paid a visit to the HTML5 browser benchmark site.

The smartphone, with the model number SM-N950U, was spotted running Samsung Internet 6.0 browser. It managed to score 517 points out of 555 points which is pretty good.

To put it under context, the Samsung Galaxy S8 scored 506 points in the same test. But again, the S8 was tested with a Chrome browser and Android 7.0 onboard. Speaking of which, the Galaxy Note 8 can be seen running Android 7.1.1 Nougat.

The Galaxy Note 8 is expected to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 836 chipset, 8GB of RAM, 256GB ROM, 6.3-inch display, dual rear cameras, and an 8MP selfie camera.

The smartphone, in all its likelihood, will feature a design similar to the Galaxy S8 line. Also, the Note 8 will reportedly miss the on-screen fingerprint scanner.
