Let’s hope you have held out long enough on buying a Galaxy S3 from AT&T if you are interested in the red color variant of the device that was announced as exclusive to AT&T a few months ago. AT&T has announced that the Garnet Red variant of the Galaxy S3 will be up for pre-order from July 15th and available in stores from July 29th.
A red Galaxy S3 hasn’t actually been seen by anyone as it is only today that AT&T even released an image of it, so there’s no telling how it might actually look in person, but it will certainly make you stand apart when you’re holding it in your hand. Other specs of the device will remain the same as the Pebble Blue and Marble White variant however – a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 2 GB of RAM, 16/32 GB of internal storage (and microSD card slot), 4.8-inch Super AMOLED HD 720p screen. 8 MP camera and a 1.9 MP front camera, 4G LTE connectivity, Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Samsung’s TouchWiz customizations, and a 2100 mAh battery – so a different color is all that you’ll be able to boast of with this exclusive device.
