Shazam’s competitor, SoundHound, got a major price cut of 33% for its Pro version. The same is now available for just $3.99, as against the previous asking price of $5.99.
SoundHound, the free music discovery app, lets you identify any music and then listen to it. Once the song has been identified, the app gives you full length songs and videos with real-time lyrics.
The app also lists the hottest tracks across the world, and new and popular songs of the week, thus making it easy for you to discover and listen to music around the world. To top it off, SoundHound can even identify songs you sing or hum.

However, there is a negative side as well, the free version of SoundHound lacks certain features and comes with ads.
