Sony Xperia XZ1 with Android Oreo launched in US at Amazon for $700 (dual-SIM variant, G8342)

Recently, Sony announced its flagship device, the Xperia XZ1 at the IFA event in Berlin. While the device was already available for purchase in UK and Europe, the US users didn’t get the same treatment.

However, Sony has finally started the sale of Sony Xperia XZ1 in the US. You can buy the device from Amazon in four color options viz. Black, Moonlit Blue, Venus Pink and Warm Silver. All Xperia XZ1 color variants will cost $699.99.

Sonu Xperia XZ1 is the first device to ship with Android Oreo out of the box. It features 5.2” 1080p Full HD HDR Triluminous display protected by Gorilla Glass 5.

Under the hood, you get Snapdragon 835 processor, 4GB RAM, and 64GB internal storage. In terms of optics, XZ1 offers 19MP Main Camera with motion Eye system and 13MP front camera.

Other features include dual SIM (hybrid), Smart Amp and S-Force Front Surround Sound and 2700mAh battery. There is no fingerprint sensor on the device.
