Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 to release in Q4 2017

In June, we reported that Samsung might be working on the Active version of its Galaxy Tab A. Well, now we are pretty sure the Active version is in the making.

For the unaware, Samsung launched the original Galaxy Tab Active back in 2014. Now, nearly three years later, the company seems to be working on its successor, the Galaxy Tab Active 2.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 has been spotted at the WiFi certification agency Wi-Fi Alliance. According to the Wi-Fi Alliance, Tab Active 2 has model number SM-T395 and runs on Android 7.1 Nougat.

Going by the past record of Samsung, we have seen Samsung devices release about 3-4 months after they make an appearance on Wi-Fi Alliance, so the tablet is speculated to release in Q4 2017.
