Samsung has started accepting pre-orders for its flagship smartphones Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge in UK. Interested buyers can pre-order the device either from the official Samsung website or from the retailers in the region.
The Samsung’s official website has listed the Galaxy S6 in all the three storage options such as 32 GB, 64 GB and 128 GB. All these models are available in four colors such as Black Sapphire, White Pearl, Blue Topaz and Gold Platinum, but the Brown version is not listed. But, only the 32 GB variant is available for pre-order right now in three colors other than Blue and Brown for a whopping pricing of £599.99 (approx. $885).
The Galaxy S6 Edge, on the other hand, is available in 64 GB variant in White, Black and Gold options. The device is priced starting from £760 (approx. $1122). There is no word regarding the status of the other variants. The pre-ordered units will start shipping from April 9.

The retailer is offering the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge in three different colors such as White, Black and Gold, and it is providing all the three storage models for pre-order. The 32 GB variants that are pre-order will be shipped from April 10, whereas the 64 GB and 128 GB models are expected to start shipping in late April or early May.
The base model Galaxy S6 is priced starting from £599.99 (approx. $885) without a contract and is available on monthly payment options as well starting from £79.99 (approx. $118) upfront and £39.50 (approx. $58) monthly. The base 64 GB variant of the Galaxy S6 is available on a monthly plan of £159.99 (approx. $236) upfront and £43.50 (approx. $64) per month. Those who pre-order these smartphones from Carphone Warehouse will receive a free wireless charger worth £39.99 (approx. $59).
EE
EE is providing the Galaxy S6 in 32 GB and 64 GB storage options in White, Black and Gold color options, whereas the Galaxy S6 Edge is listed only in the 64 GB option in the same colors. The other color options will be made available once they are listed by Samsung. The Galaxy S6 32 GB variant can be pre-ordered for £9.99 (approx. $14) upfront and £46.99 (approx $69) monthly. The 64 GB of S6 Edge is priced at £29.99 (approx. $44) upfront and £53.49 (approx. $78) monthly.
The pre-ordered Galaxy S6 units will be shipped in 21 days, whereas the Galaxy S6 Edge will start shipping in 28 days. EE will be providing a free wireless bundle along with the devices and the package will include a wireless charger and a voucher providing a discount of £20 (approx. $29) on the accessories for these handsets.
Vodafone UK
Vodafone is providing the same three color variants of the 32 GB and 64 GB variants of Galaxy S6 and 64 GB model of Galaxy S6 Edge. The carrier has announced that the subscribers choosing the Red L, XL and XXL price plans will be getting a wireless charger and phone case for free. Also, the Red L price plan choosers will receive £5 discount on their monthly payments if they trade in their old Samsung smartphone. Notably, the firm is providing zero upfront fees on selected monthly plans.
O2 UK
The carrier is providing the 32 GB and 64 GB variants of the Galaxy S6 and the 64 GB option of the Galaxy S6 Edge for pre-order. It has stated that the White and Black variants will be made available from April 10, whereas the Gold model will debut only on May 1. There is no upfront fee for the Galaxy S6 on choosing the monthly payment plan of £48 (approx. $70). The monthly payment fee of the Galaxy S6 Edge is £53 (approx. $78).
