An unannounced Samsung device with the model number SM-N950F, which obviously is the Galaxy Note 8 has been spotted paying a visit to Geekbench today.
Taking into account that we know pretty much everything about the device already, there’s nothing new to learn here. The listing reveals that the device will pack 6GB of RAM which falls in line with the earlier rumors.
Also, it will boot Android 7.1.1 Nougat out-of-the-box. Of course, there will be a layer of the company’s custom skin on top, in case you were wondering.

As for the chipset, the SM-N950F will be powered by the Exynos 8895 SoC and the “F” in the model number hints that this particular model will most likely be sold in European (and other) markets.
The listing shows the Exynos 8895 SoC clocked at 1.69GHz but we believe it will come with a clock speed of 2.3GHz which was the case with the Galaxy S8 and S8+ (for the Exynos chipset variants, of course).
For the unaware, the Galaxy Note 8 will be launched in two variants. The US model will come with the Snapdragon 835 SoC while non-US markets get the Note 8 with Exynos 8895 SoC. The smartphone is expected to offer at least 64GB of onboard storage.
It will feature 12MP dual cameras on the back — a first for any Samsung phone — and an 8MP selfie camera.
Samsung will be unveiling the Galaxy Note 8 at an unpacked event in New York on August 23 which btw, is just a few days away.
