Samsung Galaxy J2 Price set at INR 8490 at launch as its Android 5.1.1 firmware comes online too

Samsung Galaxy J2 was just launched by the company in India, as we also its build no. J200HXXU0AOI6 appear online today, belonging to Nepal and Bangladesh, two countries that are good example of Galaxy J2’s targeted markets. The device will be available for buy from September 21.

The Galaxy J2 is a budget level device with 1GB RAM tied to quad-core Exynos 3475 processor, and comes with a very humble 5MP rear and 2MP front cameras. There will be a dual-SIM variant of the phone too, btw.

Galaxy J2’s display comprise a 4.5 inch TFT panel, that houses 540 x 960 pixels – -that’s around 245 PPI. Its battery is sized 200 mAh, while it’s pretty slim at 8.3mm.

The only bright feature of the device remains presence of Android 5.1.1, but is that enough to bend you towards Galaxy J2. Sure, J2’s price plays an important role but in a world where you have 2GB RAM devices available under this price, why would you want Galaxy S5. Apparently, brand Samsung, like it or not.
