Rooted T-Mobile Note 5 BOH4 ROM with Bloatware and KNOX removed

We install custom ROMs for many reasons, but the most important of all is to free our devices from the pre-installed apps manufacturers and carriers ship our devices with. There’s a growing number of users who want a clean stock ROM modified only to the extent of getting the crappy stuff out to improve battery life and performance.

Thankfully, for the T-Mobile Note 5 folks, we now have one such custom ROM based on the most recent BOH4 firmware build. The ROM is pre-rooted and has most of the bloatware removed along with KNOX. Plus, the boot up sound has also been silenced on the modified stock BOH4 ROM.

You must already be rooted with a custom kernel and have TWRP recovery installed on your T-Mobile Note 5 to install the ROM. If your device already meets the requirement, then just grab the ROM’s .zip file from the download link below and flash it to your TMO Note 5 with a factory reset.

Note: Make sure you clear all registered fingerprints on your device before doing a factory reset and flashing the ROM.
