Samsung’s production trajectory is on the upward swing. It just released its 2017 flagship smartphones Galaxy S8 and S8+ and is almost ready to launch another product. This may not be an entirely new product, nevertheless, it will set to undo the huge loss incurred by Samsung last year. This must have given you the hint about the product we are talking. Yes, it is the refurbished Galaxy Note 7.
A new leak has emerged showing the Galaxy Note 7 refurbished in all its glory and running a new firmware. The device looks as stunning as it looked when it was launched last year in August. The only difference being the model number, the battery capacity and the software.

Samsung has remodeled Galaxy Note 7 with the code SM-N935 while SM-N930 was used for the original Note 7. As seen from the images spotted on SamsungVN.com, the battery capacity has been reduced from the original 3500mAH to 3200mAH on refurbished Note 7. This was anticipated as the Note 7 explosion was caused due to inconsistent battery size.
The refurbished Galaxy Note 7 runs Android 7.0 Nougat with firmware build number N935FXXU3AQB1T (as can be seen from the images above). This is clearly an upgrade from the original Note 7 which carried the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
As per another past leak, Samsung will be selling the refurbished Galaxy Note 7 at a price of $300, which is a great bargain, given the upgraded software and inherent premium specsheet found on the device.
Having said that, it is also true that its reputation has not gone down well with customers who would still be wary of purchasing it fearing the battery explosion fiasco to resurface again. Under such circumstances, all depends on Samsung’s marketing abilities to instill confidence in customers and sell the refurbished Galaxy Note 7.
