We just found about a new device from Xiaomi on Tenna, and from the looks of it, it must be Xiaomi Redmi 4. Earlier, the specs were already out of the device, but this listing with Redmi 4 pics at Tenna points to soon release of the device.
The Redmi 4 specifications are rumored to be that of a perfect budget level device from Xiaomi, as it includes a 5-inch HD (720p) display, Android 6.0.1, 1.4GHz quad-core processor with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
We’re sad to see it roll out with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, because Xiaomi has a very poor history of updating its budget level devices to next Android version, and if you need proof, just look at Redmi 3 Marshmallow and Nougat update predicament. But CM14 may come to rescue, so now big worries really as regards Android 7.0 Nougat update, or even Android 7.1.
In the camera department, you would have a 5MP front camera backed by 13MP shooter at the Redmi 4’s rear, while the battery would last as much as a 3030mAh one would last on this device.
We expect the Redmi 4 to release in November 2016.
