Razer Phone 2 leaks again, shows front and back with Chrome lighting effect

October is going to a very busy month in terms of smartphone releases. And one of the companies planning to unleash a new handset is Razer.

The Razer Phone 2 is expected to go official on October 10, and while we wait on that here’s another render showing the upcoming flagship in all of its glory.

As you probably already heard, Razer’s second-gen phone isn’t expected to be a far cry from the first iteration. Actually, according to what we’ve seen so far, the new model will look quite similar to the former.

But the latest leaked image which comes to us courtesy of Evan Blass, shows us some of the differences we can expect. For example, the dual camera setup on the rear will be arranged differently with the sensors being positioned at the center top, instead of in the top left corner.

Furthermore, the image shows as a sneak peeks of the rumored Chroma lighting effect. According to Blass himself, the bright green logo on the back of the phone will light up. Presumably when you get notifications or calls.

In case you don’t know, Razer’s Chroma system is quite well-known on its keyboard and various other PC components like mice.
