Oppo R11 advertisements go live in China, tout 20MP camera as the selling point

The Oppo R11 is inching ever closer to an official release. As per a Weibo source, Oppo has already put billboards for Oppo R11 live in most cities in China and they loudly confirm the 20MP camera on board on the device.

From the look of things, Oppo is gearing up big time for the launch of the Oppo R11. The smartphone has been filtered through tons of rumors and we finally have some light on the upcoming product.

As per the previous leaks, the Oppo R11 may come with a 5.5-inch FHD display, dual cameras, new Snapdragon 660 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The specsheet looks pretty solid overall.

Oppo intends to let the dual cameras here be the point of focus for this device. The main shooter on board is expected to be a 20MP + 12MP combo. Oppo R11 may run on Android 7.1.1 Nougat out of box, which is a welcome change, especially from a Chinese OEM.

Now that Oppo is prepping for marketing the device, we can only assume that the launch of the device is also very close.
