But you will have to pay the sales tax for the tablet which will not be more than $15. And, no monthly fees or upfront costs for the tablet will be required. The monthly data plan is all you need which starts at $20 for 1 GB per month.
The Alcatel OneTouch Pop 7 features a screen with a resolution of 1024 x 600. It has 1GB of RAM inside along with a tiny 2.4 GB storage space. In case you need more memory, there is also a 32 GB capcity microSD slot available. It comes with 3240mAh battery and pre installed Android 4.2. As for the camera, the tablet has a 2MP rear camera 0.3MP front cam.
T-Mobile normally prices the Alcatel OneTouch Pop 7 at $168 without a contract, which $7 a month. T-Mobile waives the $7 per month payment as long as you keep the 1GB per month data plan. But, in case you cancel the monthly data service from them, then you will have to pay off the remaining balance of that price with this offer. Although it does not come off as a high-end tablet, it sure makes a nice freebie for 2 long years!
