Nokia 7.1 launched in India for INR 19,990

As anticipated, HMD Global has brought the Nokia 7.1 to India. The handset is currently available for pre-order for the price of INR 19,990 and customers can get it with a Steel or Midnight Blue paint job.

The phone is an upper mid-ranger coming with glass on the front and back, and an aluminum frame sandwiched in-between. It features a 5.84-inch display with a notch on top and 2280 x 1080 resolution. HMD Global calls it a PureDisplay, and it upports HDR10.

Keeping the phone alive and breathing is a Snapdragon 636, which granted might not be the most advanced chipset out there, but it’s a strong processor, one that can offer pretty great performance.

Nokia has included 4GB of RAM and 64GB of standard storage on board this offering. Customers will also get a microSD card slot, so in case they want more memory they can expand up to 400GB.

HMD has parented up once again with Carl Zeiss to tune the cameras on board this offering. There’s a 12MP (f/1.8) + 5MP pair on the back of the device, and an 8MP selfie-snapper with f/2.0 in front of the device.  Nokia’s Bothies feature is also available. This lets users use to shoot with both cameras at the same time.
