Nokia 3, Nokia 5 and Nokia 6 to arrive in Finland tomorrow, Vietnam and Philippines by week’s end

Nokia, once a smartphone household brand, has been out of the smartphone market for some time due to its acquisition by Microsoft (who laid off the majority of Nokia’s mobile camera division shortly after the acquisition), but the company is ready to return to the smartphone scene after having launched a Nokia 1 tablet last year.

Nokia will bring its Nokia 3, Nokia 5, and Nokia 6 smartphones to Finland tomorrow (June 6th), with plans to bring its latest phones to Vietnam (June 10th) and the Philippines (June 8th) by the end of this week. The company has also scheduled an announcement in India on June 13th, where these three new smartphones will be unveiled. Nokia already released the 3, 5, and 6 in Malaysia a few days ago.

All three phones are confirmed for the Android O (Android 8.0 update), and Finnish customers can buy them on contract with carriers Elisa and DNA in Finland.

The Nokia 3 features a 5-inch display with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a Snapdragon 430 chipset. The Nokia 5 has a 5.2-inch display, with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and a Snapdragon 430 chipset. The Nokia 6, the greatest of the trio, comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD display, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage with an 8MP front camera and 16MP back camera.

The Nokia 3 will cost EUR 139, the Nokia 5 EUR 189, and the Nokia 6 EUR 229.
