MIUI 8.12.13 to fix issues on Redmi Note 5 Pro (black lockscreen) and Poco F1 (slow response), and decryption problem

MIUI 8.12.13

Xiaomi usually tends to roll out quick fixes for their Global Beta ROMs since there are often various issues and bugs which users come across while daily usage which is the case with most other smartphones as well. Users on the Global Beta ROM tend to receive fixes and other updates sooner than users on the stable build to test out the update for any other bugs which might have been added to the mix while also receiving fixes for the existing issues.

Xiaomi is now finally going to release the MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM 8.12.13 to address some major concerns especially on the Redmi Note 5 Pro and the Poco F1 and also improves the ‘camera’ as claimed by Xiaomi.

The update also includes fixes for the ‘black lockscreen’ issue on the Redmi Note 5 Pro which was a major issue for most Redmi Note 5 Pro users. Apart from that, Poco F1 users who were disappointed with the slow touch response are finally going to be relieved since Xiaomi has addressed the issue within the new update and hopefully got rid of the issue for good.

If you want to take a look at the complete changelog, then here it is.

Keep in mind that this is an update for the Global Beta ROM users and would not be available for MIUI users on the stable ROM.
