Finally a phone that is beautiful, feature rich and tough. LG announced its latest device for the X series, which goes by the moniker LG X Venture. Carrying popular features from LG’s flagship G and V series smartphones such as the fingerprint sensor, LG X Venture is made for tough environments. Not only is the device dust and water resistant, it is also Military-Grade Shock Resistant.
The phone is designed to work in wet or muddy environments and hence the placement of three physical buttons on the front side below the display. These buttons make it easy to handle the device while you have your gloves on. That brings us to the glove mode, which is incorporated into the device. When you activate the glove mode, the device recognizes screen taps and swipes with gloved fingers, which makes the device usage natural and amiable. Also, the glove mode can be activated by double pressing the quick button located on the side of the device. LG X Venture also comes with a non-slip back texture which we have seen in LG V10.

Talking about other specs, the LG X Venture flaunts a 5.2″ Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080pixels and runs on Android 7.0 out of the box. It also features Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 1.4 GHz processor which is coupled with 2GB RAM and 32GB internal memory, expandable up to 1TB through an external card.
In the camera segment, the device sports 16MP rear camera and 5MP wide-angle front camera with multiple selfie modes. Also, it derives its juice from massive 4,100mAh battery which is non-removable. But hey, it supports fast charging.
LG X Venture, which comes in two colors – black and chocolate brown, has been launched exclusively to AT&T in USA. Price and availability are currently unknown.
