LG recently pumped out Watch W7, a Wear OS-run hybrid smartwatch. It’s been 20 months since their last watch offering, so it was natural our interest piqued.
Priced at a whopping $450, the watch is a mammoth addition to every wrist alike. While the design is certainly out of the box, there are a lot of things to be said for this stylish watch.
With an analog face and a digital interface, the watch is a unique blend as it has quartz-powered mechanical watch hands along with a fully-functional LCD touch display. It can even run in a ‘watch only’ mode that just tells you the time with mechanical bands on a black screen, and can last out nearly 100 days!
To create this beauty, LG onboarded a company called Soprod to incorporate the analog features. The watch also houses various sensors like barometer, altimeter, and compass along with stopwatch and timer.
