Come February 26 and the leaks and rumors surrounding LG G6 will end with the official launch of the smartphone. LG has started sending out media invites for a press event to be held in MWC 2017.

The invite carries an interesting caption which reads ‘See More, Play More’. Given the early leaks about LG to introduce a device with a QHD+ display and an 18:9 aspect ratio and wireless charging, the caption seems fitting.

LG G6 has been in the news for quite some time now with leaks and rumors emerging now and then, throwing the G6 specs and release date  Thanks to all these, we do have quite a decent idea about its specs.

It is rumored to feature a 5.3-inch screen with 2K resolution and a glass-back panel. The device will use a 5D curved edge LCD screen on the front made by China Biel. Under the hood it should pack in Snapdragon 835 processor. Other features which make the LG G6 stand out are the wireless charging, waterproof build and of course a Google Assistant as its voice recognition AI software.
