Kodi v18 Leia has hit the Beta 1 version today and is already available for download for all supported platforms.
Kodi team didn’t provide any changelog highlighting the specific points per se, but we would be remiss if we didn’t tell you that they are indeed maintaining a wiki page for this, that gives you a list of all the changes in the beta 1 update divided into meaningful sections.
That said, they did focus on giving stability and usability of the Kodi v18 Leia a boost with the beta 1, and that should be what various users may already be looking about.
