Samsung has started rolling out an update for the Galaxy S10 family — S10, S10 Plus, and S10e — bringing it up to the latest security patch level, July 2019.
The South Korean conglomerate has been a bit sluggish with its security updates lately, but it’s good to see the devices getting the update before the end of the month.

On the Galaxy S10, the update is labeled as G973FXXU3ASG8, while S10e and S10 Plus carry software versions G970FXXU3ASG8 and G975FXXU3ASG8, respectively.Â
This 388 MB OTA is currently rolling out in Switzerland and Germany for the Exynos variant but should become available in other markets sooner rather than later.
If you aren’t patient enough to get the automatic update, you can try initiating from your end, manually.
On your Samsung Galaxy S10/S10e/S10 Plus, go to Settings> Software update> Download and install. If the update doesn’t show up immediately, try doing it a couple more times.
