Huawei is pushing a new update to the predecessor of Huawei P10, the P9. The update arrives as version number EVA-AL10C00B396 and weighs 464MB.
The P9 update brings many new features such as scanning questions, sweep parity, wonderful moments besides the much awaited dynamic photos. Huawei introduced the dynamic photos or live photo feature in P10 and P10 Plus. Now, to the delight of P9 users, they can capture live photos on their device as well. Another P10 feature that comes to the P9 with this update is the Wonderful Moments feature.

Besides these two features, the P9 update brings scanning questions and new Student Mode desktop shortcuts. In addition to that, the update also brings optimizations for a variety of games, social applications, and system functions.
It also brings optimizations and improvements in camera where RAW format was turned on and other optimizations in front camera. The update also includes various other under-the-hood performance improvements as well as other minor system enhancements too.
Before installing the update ensure that your Huawei handset is at least 50 percent charged and connected to a Wi-Fi network to avoid extra data charges. In case you are too impatient to wait, you can check for the update manually by heading to Settings > About device > System updates.
