March 16, 2019: Huawei Mate 10 Pro users in China have a new EMUI update rolling out with version 184.108.40.206, installing a new security patch for February 2019. The update is available for models BLA-AL00 and BLA-TL00 and further includes bug fixes and system-wide performance optimizations.
March 01, 2019: After months of waiting, it appears that users of the Huawei Mate 10 Pro in the U.S. are receiving a new update that installs Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.0 on top. The update, which is arriving as EMUI 220.127.116.11 (C567E6R1P11), has been reported by several users of the device with model number BLA-A09, so if you still haven’t received it yet, try forcing it via the settings menu.

Huawei started rolling out the stable update to Android 9 Pie for users of the Mate 10 in China in early November. The update came in as EMUI 18.104.22.168 and even though the initial rollout was limited, a full rollout started on November 10th. On December 18th, the Chinese OEM started dishing out the OTA update to global users of the Mate 10.
