January 15: Honor View 10 users in China are receiving a new EMUI 220.127.116.11 update on the back of the release of Android 9 Pie in India.
The new B181 update is also expected to arrive on the Indian/global variants at some point, tagging along the latest Android security patch for January 2019, support for voice recognition function for the FlyPods Pro, new AI smart scheduling technology, accurate and timely allocation of resources to enhance the gaming experience, and fixes an issue with screen recording/screenshotting the multitasking interface in certain cases.
Note that this changelog has been translated from Chinese, so it may not be accurate to the core.
January 14: Honor India has started rolling out EMUI 9.0 stable update based on Android 9 Pie to the Honor View 10. The phone received the same update in other markets in December while those in China got it in November 2018. The update arrives carrying software version EMUI 18.104.22.168 (C675E3R1P9), the same version that few users got towards Christmas time last year.

Honor View 10 Android 9 Pie update

Huawei started beta testing EMUI 9.0 based on Android 9 Pie on the Honor View 10 in China right after the IFA 2018 but those in India had to wait until late October 2018. In early November 2018, a stable version was ready for download for a limited number and a wider rollout started on November 10, 2018, carrying EMUI 22.214.171.124, but this was limited to China.
The first Pie update (BETA) hit the Indian shores at the end of October and a second update (STABLE) arrived in mid-December bearing EMUI version 126.96.36.199 (C675E3R1P9). At around the same time, beginning December 18, Huawei announced the official rollout of the stable version for global users of the Honor View 10.

A new EMUI 9 update is rolling out in China with some interesting additions to the Honor View 10. First is the new GPU Turbo 2.0 that optimizes 8 new games, among them the popular King of Glory, and improves system response by up to 25.8%. The update also comes with the Digital Balance app that mimics Googles Digital Wellbeing as well as a Google Lens version dubbed HiVision, which can also tell the amount of calorie in your food.
