How to fix Facebook not working on Wi-Fi problem on Samsung Galaxy S10

Several Samsung Galaxy users are having a hard time using the Facebook app when on Wi-Fi. The users have reported that the Facebook app doesn’t load visual content when connected to any wifi network. The issue persists only on some devices and is completed unrelated with the network speed. Even a high-speed wifi network (around 600 Mbps) couldn’t be concluded as a solution for this issue. Surprisingly, the app works fine with the cellular network.

The users have tried to come up with a possible solution that includes clearing cache, deleting app data, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting the device in safe mode, even resetting the router settings and even a factory reset of the device, but nothing seems to resolve the issue.

Samsung hasn’t acknowledged the issue yet. So, there is no official solution is available for the Wi-Fi problem that Galaxy S10 users are facing with the Facebook app.
