According to Samsung, users are likely to face an android.process.media error after installing the latest beta on their Galaxy S10 handset. So, the South Korean OEM, has generously jotted down a probable solution.
So, if you, too, are getting an android.process.media error, follow these Samsung-approved steps to get rid of the problem for good.
Step 1: Go to Settings.
Step 2: Open Apps.
Step 3: Tap on the vertical three-dot icon in the top-right corner and tap on Show system applications.
Step 4: Then select Media Storage.
Step 5: Open Storage.
Step 6: Clear Data.[For secondary storage, go to Sec Media Storage > Storage > Clear Data.]
