Why profiles feature is not available for me on Prime Video?

Well, the feature is available only in selected regions and for selected users right now (as of March 24, 2020). The rollout is being done gradually and should be available for all the Prime Video users over the course of a few weeks. So hang tight, it should be available soon.

How many profiles can I create on Prime Video?

Amazon prime video allows you to create upto 5 additional profiles on a particular account. You can not change the default profile for a particular account.

So, you can have as many as six profiles on your Prime Video account, including the default profile.

We hope you were able to add a new profile to your default amazon prime account. Let us know your views in the comments section below.
