Google Pixel 4 spotted in London

Google Pixel 4

We are more than a couple of months away from witnessing the official unveiling of the Google Pixel 4, and the excitement seems to be at an all-time high.

Last month, in an attempt to control the narrative, Google posted a couple of pictures of its upcoming smartphone on Twitter. But that clearly hasn’t stopped the enthusiasts from making a fuss about it.

On Saturday, 9to5Google posted a picture of Google’s upcoming flagship, which was spotted on London Underground. The phone was carefully covered, of course, but the familiar sensor arrangement rendered the cloaking effort a bit useless. As it turns out, despite the large no. of Android phones that are released, that design at the back is still as exclusive to Pixel 4.

The guys spotting it was quick to snap up the device (the image below), and it reveals the primary camera, a 16MP telephoto lens, a spectral sensor, and a flash. The grey cover also had a cutout at the top, which is likely to be for the microphone.

Google Pixel 3 XL and the original Pixel were also caught ahead of time on public transport, and with this spot, Pixel 4, too, has made its ancestors proud.
