Bixby to get English language support later this month

Looks like we finally have some good news regarding Bixby Voice in the USA. Delayed from March to May, Bixby Voice Assistant will finally get support for the English language later this month in the USA.

Launched with much fanfare in March, along with Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+, the Bixby’s Voice Assistant is still not available in the English Language. However, as per the latest news, this is about to change, as Samsung will launch Bixby Voice Assistant with full support for the English language at the end of June.

Currently, Bixby Voice Assistant only supports the Korean language, which means Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ users in the USA and other countries can use the Bixby button on the left side of the device for contextual cards only.

So, if you are based in the US, you can sign up (link below) to test Bixby’s voice commands in the English language. Please note, only the users who own Samsung Galaxy S8 or S8+ can participate in the “Preview test”.
