The American telecom carrier AT&T has been actively rolling out the updated monthly security patch to various devices on its network one by one. The latest ones to receive the update are Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note Edge. These two smartphones have started receiving the February security patch update on AT&T.
The new update installs the monthly security patch and brings along with it some performance improvements to both AT&T Galaxy S5 and Note Edge. Arriving as build number MMB29M.G900AUCS4DQB1 to Galaxy S5, the new firmware update weighs 184MB and installs the February security patch.
For Galaxy Note Edge, the software update is being rolled out as build number MMB29M.N915AUCS2DPK4. The file size of the new update is 107MB. Both the updates started rolling out from March 10th over the air.
The updates should have hit your devices already. If it hasn’t you can check for it manually by heading to Settings>>About device>>System updates. Before hitting the download button, ensure that your handset is connected to a WiFi network and is at least 50 percent charged.

The February security update for the unlocked version of Galaxy Note Edge was released early this month as firmware build number N915GXXS1DQB2.
