Lately, an yet to be announced ZenPad 7 tablet leaked online showing its back and it was alleged that an 8 inch variant called ZenPad 8 will also be launched. Now, the latter has leaked online showing its design.
The ZenPad 8 is likely to sport an 8 inch display with a screen resolution of 1536 x 2048 pixels and an aspect ratio of 4:3. This is larger than the 7 inch variant ZenPad 7 that has a screen resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels.
The leaked image shows that the ZenPad 8 will arrive with front facing speakers, a front facing selfie shooter and a main snapper at its back as well. It is said to be energized by an Intel processor and have a micro SD expansion card slot.
In terms of design, the back of the ZenPad 8 seems to be similar to the ZenPad 7 that was leaked earlier as it features a leather-like texture.
Both the ZenPad 7 and ZenPad 8 tablets are expected to be unveiled by the Taiwanese firm Asus at the Computex 2015 and released in July this year. These devices could be preinstalled with Android Lollipop and be affordable in their class.
