A new OnePlus 5 back cover leaked online giving us a peek at the device’s design. The company itself has teased the back of the device partially on Twitter previously. So, there’s nothing new to see here.
If anything, it corroborates the fact that the OnePlus 5 will indeed come with a 3.5mm headphone jack. You can also see the USB Type-C port and the speaker grille, all placed side by side.
OnePlus is hosting an event on June 20 — only a week away — in China to launch the OnePlus 5. Indian launch will happen a couple of days later on June 22. The smartphone will go on sale in India on the launch day itself.
OnePlus 5, as most of you may already know, will come with 8GB of RAM onboard (at least one variant of it). At the heart of the device will be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. It will boot Android 7.1.1 Nougat straight away, in case you are wondering.
The imaging department is expected to be taken care of by a 16MP dual camera setup on the back and a 16MP front facing camera.
