The ZUK Edge has leaked out before Lenovo’s official announcement for the device. The official renders reveal an almost bezel-less ZUK Edge placed along with abstract art pieces.
After the tease from Lenovo’s VP, the device was expected to be launched soon but hasn’t done so yet. With the leak featuring the official renders, we can say for sure that the smartphone is nearing an actual release date. The current leak confirms older leaked renders of the ZUK Edge sporting a design aspect familiar to the ZUK Z2 Pro.
The images below also confirm that the smartphone will feature in two color variants. The ZUK Edge will come with Android Marshmallow out of the box and the device is expected to be updated to Nougat by early 2017.
On news about Nougat, the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are receiving the third beat update to Nougat. The Nexus 9 has received the Nougat OTA from T-Mobile and other carriers are expected to follow up soon too.
