ZTE Nubia Z9 with Bezel less display, Snapdragon 810 SoC to be announced on March 26

We have seen a lot of rumors and leaks about ZTE’s new flagship. The Nubia Z9 was supposed to be announced at the MWC 2015 in Barcelona but it didn’t show up. However, ZTE has posted a teaser or invite for its upcoming device on Weibo, revealing that it’s going to launch a press event at Beijing Performing Arts Centre on March 26 and announce the new Nubia smartphone there.

The invitation has a large number nine printed along with the date March 26 2015. This clearly indicates that this new device that will be unveiled on March 26th will be the Z9 though there are no details about the device’s design or features.

Many rumors have claimed that Nubia Z9 will feature bezel less display. The new device is expected to sport a 5.5 inches display with 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Z9 will be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor and uses Android Lollipop. The Nubia Z9 max will also be launched at the same event.
