A few days back, a render of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 popped up online. Now, a latest leak reveals much more than what a render can leak. The device seem to resemble the render exactly making us believe that it could be one of the multiple versions of the yet to be announced Redmi Note 2.
The image reveals that the Xiaomi device will make use of an all metal design. It seems to feature a round camera sensor at its back with dual LED flash below it. There seems to be a fingerprint sensor as well underneath the camera unit. Also, at the back lies the ‘MI’ logo alongside the speaker grill. The design looks good, but it is similar to the Meizu smartphone that it has got leaked with.
Talking of the specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is likely to arrive in two variants. One of the models is said to feature a Snapdragon 615 (Pro version) and the other one is likely to be powered by Snapdragon 410 processor. Both the models of the Redmi Note 2 are slated to feature a 5.5 inch display with full HD 1080p resolution, 2 GB of RAM, a 13 MP primary snapper and a 5 MP front facing snapper.
We can expect Xiaomi to unveil the Redmi Note 2 sometime soon as it has been over a year since the first generation Redmi Note was announced.
