Having featured as part of the leak earlier, the Mi Mix Nano now has a expected release date available too. The rumor mill has the release of Mix Nano set at not too far in near future, as it looks scheduled to released in first week of December.
The Mi Mix Nano features a smaller 5.5 inch display to attract those who were ticked off by the larger 6.4 inch display of the original Mi Mix. Since the Mi Mix Nano will have the same resolution of Full HD, this would also be an added bonus with more pixel density.
Packing 4 GB of RAM and the Snapdragon 821 to power the phone, the Mi Mix Nano is no slouch when it comes to performance. A large screen to body ratio and the replacement of the speaker with a Piezoelectric motor to produce sound was a fascinating move from Xiaomi.
The Mi Mix turned a lot of heads when it was released, and now fans all over will have two options to choose from, come December.
Looks like Mi Mix Nano would be shipping with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, not Nougat. Though, we expect the Mi Mix Nano to receive Nougat update from Xiaomi sometime in Q1 2017, but before that, it may become available unofficially thanks to CM14 ROM, a popular Nougat-getter for many devices.
