Transformer got an OTA update, and its got two parts – one good one not-so-good. The favorable part is that an OTA update has been launched which installs Tegra games finder App and Google Videos App to rent yourself some hot-or-not movies. it’s also said to change the boot animation too, adopting more NVidia influence. And the bad part is that it doesn’t have Android 3.2 with it, even after Asus announced it a couple of days before. Anyway, this means that the Asus’ update team is burning the midnight oil well and the updated Honeycomb version is not-at-all far.
While Motorola’s WiFi only non-Verizon Xoom was the first to grab an OTA Android 3.2 update, it seems Asus Eee Pad transformer might become will be the second android tablet to get the app zooming function and sd-card support that are the prime features of Android 3.2; unless Motorola rolls it out for Verizon Xoom (3G + WiFi ones) earlier than that, after all, it intends do it soon too in a matter of ‘few weeks’. Ah, we hope Samsung’s got a twitter account too to say a word on Android 3.2 update for Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1, eh!
