As you can clearly see from above, both the smartphones differ in terms of the display size, rear camera, and battery capacity. Also, the Plus variant is expected to come with 3GB of RAM as well. Interestingly, Roland claims that both the devices will get a fingerprint scanner on the front which has been so far limited to the G series and above models.

He has also revealed the pricing details of these handsets according to which the Moto E4 should be priced somewhere close to EUR 150 while the Plus variant is expected to be priced at EUR 190.

  1. as expected from Moto budget series, average specs and weak processors for sub 150$ price tag..

  2. although one thing is great about the Moto E4 plus, that’s the huge 5000mAh battery, considering the 720p display and a quad core processor, u can expect some serious battery backup from this phone!!

  3. This is what I’ve been looking for all this while! its perfect and as @disqus_WavcJPQcp4:disqus said thanks to the not so taxing processor and display this should be really a better option for my brother who was looking at the Lenovo P2 just for its humongous battery.Hopefully the import duties isn’t too much and the 3gb version is well within the 15k mark 😀 I’m really glad I saw this now 😀

  4. This is actually quite brilliant! Ahh for a series that used to represent entry level, this has got quite some specs! And that humongous batttery! Ooo la la!

    1. Entry level no more XD now the Moto C is the entry level. This has moved to the place of the Moto G and mostly the next Moto G will move to 15-20k pricing range XD

    2. Entry level no more is right! 😀
I think it will be pretty successful here in India 🙂

    3. My brother is already waiting for it after I told the specs of the E plus variant.I was really disappointed when I couldn’t help him much when he came to me asking to find an alternative for the P2 but now he’s glad he told me 😀 Although I’m not sure when the release is ,Hopefully its soon 😀

    4. Haha true! I totally agree!

    5. Its like having a built in power bank. 😛

    6. lol ikr 😀

  9. This phone wont sprint but it sure as hell can run marathons. Perfect for indian market in many ways. The office goers who commute in buses and trains for hours can watch videos and stream music all day long on the way and back without having to worry about battery all day long.
